DESCRIPTION: With a delicate character but with an intense and strong perfume, the bergamot cream is made using the peel of the best hand-worked bergamots and combined with a milk cream. It is used to flavor creams and sweets and to perfume the syrup for sponge cake. Excellent to add to crushed ice for quick slushes or to garnish ice cream cups.
