Artisan panettone prepared according to our traditional method, slow rising, with sourdough. Naturally, without dyes and preservatives.

ARTIGINAL PANETTONE: without raisins, without candied citrus, filled with hazelnut cream.

Naturally leavened baked confectionery product

INGREDIANTS: Artisan Colomba with pistachio cream, sugar, butter, yolk d‘fresh eggs*, water, natural yeast (Artisan Colomba with pistachio cream, water), latte, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose syrup, aromas, sale.
Stuffing: hazelnut cream 20%, glucose syrup (OMG free), sugar, water, skimmed milk, sunflower oil, Piedmont hazelnut paste I.G.P. 13%, yolk d‘egg, aromas, thickening: pectin 440ii. Preservative: potassium sorbate 0,03%.
